Student tickets on sale ($15) at the Common Market 02/18!
On Saturday, February 23rd, 2013, GlobeMed at University of Rochester is hosting its second annual benefit dinner, “Hope in Health 2013: Youth in Action.” All proceeds benefit Kallpa Iquitos, a grassroots community development organization in Iquitos, Peru. We welcome anyone in joining us, and we will feature a speaker from Roc City Skatepark, performances by the Midnight Ramblers, an Eastman flute quartet, as well as a raffle and silent auction with prizes ranging from an iPod Nano to gift cards to local restaurants.
The catered dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Meliora on the University of Rochester River Campus (500 Joseph C. Wilson Boulevard) and will begin at 6:30 pm. Tickets for the general public ($20) can be purchased online athttp://paperless.ly/XgkCkx. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door.
